  • Standard shipping: ¥600 (free for orders over ¥10,000)
  • Express shipping: ¥1,200 (next business day delivery)

    Each item is individually inspected and carefully packed in ABZY® branded packaging. Processing takes 1–2 business days.

    Your package is handed to the carrier. Tracking number and link are sent via email.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ or purchased during promotional events
    • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
    • Items without original tags or packaging

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, ABZY® will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.

    // IMPORTANT NOTE Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the transaction.
