Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, ABZY® will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds are
processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will
be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to
